BELLA WC             (Rico MHF x Sentencia PI) Smoky Black P.R.E. Filly DOB April 14th 2025

This huge smoky black filly is the biggest foal I have had from this cross. Since she carries both the red gene and the creme gene, you can get any color foal from her you want depending on the stud she is bred to. Even palominos and cremellos are possible. No white markings.

Her dam is an imported daughter of Revoltoso XXIX with a branded Military dam, and her sire line has 4 National Champions in the first 3 generations.

Very sweet and laid back, she has one of the best lofty canters I have seen in one of my foals and already shows a very active hind leg and great uphill movement. Her full sibling brother is ready to show 2 level as a 6 year old and his scores also allowed him to do a first level freestyle.

More pics of her and her full siblings on my website on the For Sale/Sold pages. She is destined for the dressage ring and will also be a fantastic breeding asset. ANCCE carta in-hand 7240152516EU128 as well as IALHA registration

AZABACHE WC       (Rico MHF x Mirame ORO)      Black P.R.E. stud colt     DOB April 24th, 2025

A dark horse walking in a dry field.

This black PRE colt is outstanding and royally bred. His first 4 generations are all US or Spanish (or both) National Champions. Where else will you find a black grandson of both Indiano XVIII and Navarre GF. They are only this close on his pedigree because both his parents are in their mid 20's.  He is also half Guardiola bred which is hard to find here in the U.S. His two grandsires are the famous Indiano XVIII and Navarre GF (both of whom are now deceased). Both dam lines are full Guardiola with his maternal granddam being linebred to the Guardiola Champion of Spain, Centella V, and his paternal Guardiola granddam a close descendant of Marciano II. His sire is a National Champion in Reining, his paternal grandsire Navarre GF was a two-time National Champion out of the two National Champions, Teodoro and the Champion grand mare Ladina, a treasure in the U.S. His maternal grandsire Indiano XVIII is well known as one the best P.R.E. horses of our time, and he proved it by being the Champion of Spain, Champion of Mexico and a U.S. Champion. It has been shown that Indiano's offspring and grandget almost always inherit his incomparable movement.

His full brother was the 2022 California Regional Dressage Champion at Level 2 and his full sister was exported to the Dominican Republic.

He is a sweet guy, correct with the exceptional movement passed down from his 2 renown grandsires. You can see pictures of his 5 full siblings to see how he'll grow up here on the For Sale Testimonials page.  If he was a filly, I would have have kept her as a replacement for her dam, but it wasn't meant to be.

He also carries the red gene and will not gray. Please excuse the brown tone on some of his body, that is just the remnants of his bleached out foal coat.  He will be coal black like his parents and siblings. One rear pastern sock.

ANCCE carta in-hand 724015251EU127 and also IALHA registered.

He is bred to do anything, but seems destined for the dressage ring and definitely a rare true asset to the breeding shed.

These kinds of opportunities don't come around very often...don't miss out

I definitely wanted a Rico son, as a gelding, for my next personal mount and the last horse I would train riding, so Carbonero became the natural choice. This 2020 Rico son is now under saddle. Of all Rico's 40+ babies, Nero looked the most like his sire and my treasured mount for over 20 years. Nero's height, color, temperament, and movement suited me to a "T" and thus I am going to keep him for my next riding partner.

Here are a few photos as a youngster, so that you can see how prepotent the cross of Rico and Sentencia continues to prove.
